Privacy Policy
This is an interim notice. Our full privacy policy is being prepared with our attorneys and will replace this page. In the meantime, this is an accurate description of how this website handles information today.
What this site collects
The only information this website collects is what you choose to type into the invitation request form: your name, your city, your email address, your telephone number, who introduced you, and what brings you to Enso. Telephone and introduction are optional.
Nothing else is collected. The site does not gather anything about you in the background.
We don't track you
This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies, and no third-party trackers. Nothing about your visit is shared with any outside company.
Fonts and images are served from this site itself rather than loaded from other companies, so visiting this page does not tell anyone else that you were here.
Where your request goes
When you submit the form, it travels from your browser directly into Enso Vitality's own Google Workspace account. It is recorded there and a notification is sent to the practice.
It does not pass through, and is not stored by, the company that hosts this website.
Please keep medical details for our conversation
The form asks what brings you to Enso so we can understand how best to help. Please keep specific medical details for a private conversation with the practice — we will ask for them once we have spoken.
Who can see your request
Access is limited to people at Enso Vitality who handle invitation requests.
